When the measured substance with a consistent relative dielectric constant fills up between the metal type tank connected to the earth pole and the measured pole, the device detects the changed static capacity value(C) between the measured pole and the earth pole. It was designed to automatically calibrate with just one adjustment, regardless of the relatively dielectric constant.
